I went to my first Community acupuncture on Vashon (and island SW of Seattle) last night. I didn't know it was a community group - but once I got over that I was in a room with other people - I quicky forgot they were there! I would have like to had a recliner or to put my feet up but I fell asleep anyway. 30 min later I was out the door and feeling the effects. Good night sleep - movement of stuff inside and a glow outside. I plan to return for a private session and more group. I am pre-surgery and want to prep as much as possible. Thanks Dennis. I hear he works with a massage person as well on the same principle - she was not there last night but I will certainly take advantage of that as well.

Alas, the 'working class acupuncture clinic in NW' has nothing whatsoever to do with Working Class Acupuncture, or our mission. And "support" does not begin to describe how we feel about it; it's our first experience with attempted acupuncture identity theft. If you want to read more about it, check the CAN blog:

Sorry for the downbeat note...we're not happy.
